Roof and Skylight

Yes, the roof is done, and so that also means our new skylight has been installed! Thanks to L.E. Morgan Construction in Billerica (these guys have been awesome!). Here are some pictures of the new back roof (TPO membrane- which costs a little more but will save us 30% on our cooling costs and has heat welded seams that are much stronger than standard rubber roofing). Next steps: we are meeting with our architect on Tuesday and hope to be getting some structural stuff done in March, and the the fun stuff will start :-)
