Things are happening

OK, so it may not look like it from the outside, but things are going on inside 275 Essex St....here's what we've been up to...

we have gotten our building permit to put up the walls and fix the facade, pictures of the walls coming soon and you may just see work going on in the front in the next few weeks

we are digging a trench across Essex st so that we can have the proper size pipe to install sprinklers (fun!)

we have been ripping out the walls and ceiling of the 2nd floor, almost done with demolition there

we have been refinishing chairs

we have been filing paperwork to get our business officially established!

Things are starting to move fast and we hope to open mid fall...but keeping our fingers crossed
