When?

So when are we going to open???

Good question!

I wish I knew the answer...but there are too many variables beyond my control to make a good prediction...

We just have to finish the heating (50% done), sprinklers (75% done), drywall (75% done), electrical (90% done), plumbing (90% done), paint, refinish the floors, buy the rest of the equipment, finalize the menu, finish the rest of the furniture, finalize our daily operational procedures...and well then we'll open I suppose :-)

Maybe we can do all of this by the end of February...we hope so...we'll see :-)
