First Floor Clean-Up

On Saturday we had a great first floor clean-up day and made some great progress on the disaster left behind from the previous owners....

Here's some pictures of us all working and work in progress:

We made several piles: cardboard for recycling (above)

Metal for taking to the metal yard, and also a HUGE trash pile (not shown, but you can see it on one of the later pictures, near the front of the space on the left).

We also had some great help from friends!
We were quite pleased to have some great help from Abdi, who will also be one of our cafe musicians once we open :-)

And Nathalie put in some great work as well, she did an awesome job on the basement
Priscila joined us for the afternoon
And steph went to work on tearing out some wall/cupboard areas
